The Multi Vitamin

If you aren’t taking a multi-vitamin, you should be. Whether you’re an athlete, an average Joe, or a stay at home mom, you should be taking a daily multi vitamin. Multi-vitamins are crucial for keeping your joints, immune system, brain, and everything else at top performance.

It’s common to believe that you can get all the vitamins and minerals your body needs by eating plenty of fruits and vegetables. The truth is that you just can’t get it all by eating a few extra fruits and veggies.

Multi-Vitamins come in all different qualities and prices. Some are sold specifically for women over 50 with joint problems, while others are for children. If you’re looking for a simple, one-a-day multi vitamin, i would recommend Centrum Brand vitamins. If you’re looking for an athlete’s vitamin, try AST Multi-Pro. If you are one of those who workout everyday, and need a multi vitamin more suited for your more athletic needs, try Orange TRIad or Universal Animal Pak
I currently take Controlled Labs Orange Triad. I wouldn’t recommend it for the average Joe, but I would definitely recommend it for the serious athlete or bodybuilder.
